Pottery is not returnable nor refundable. 

If you sign up for a class/event and do not show up or cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your class/event will not be refunded. 

Not all classes/events are refundable. Depending on the event and what is entailed,some are and some are not. Events/Classes that are not refundable will be noted as such.

Gift Certificates (paper or electronic) are non refundable.

We currently offer non profit organizations deals on clay classes and wheel throwing events. We also offer tax free services for non profit organizations and waive our party reservation fee. We allow non profit organizations to use of our meeting and party room for free. (Excluding political events)

Occasionally we have a sale online or on Facebook live. These are bound by time and per item availability.

We recommend you schedule your party as soon as you have a date in mind, as we do get busy different times of the year.

No!!! It is a scam. This is a common scam found online to sell fake tickets to events.
